FAQ: Book Five News & How To Get Books Signed

After considerable confusion on my part considering the release date for Book #5 in the Destroyermen Series, “Rising Tides,” I’ve definitively confirmed that it will be released in February!  I don’t know why I thought it was earlier than that.  Too much going on I guess.  I always remember my anniversary too; but after 20 years, I still manage to “remember it wrong!”  Every year!!!  Must be some mental block!  Ha!

Also, I get a lot of contacts asking if I’ll sign books sent to me.  I’m honored to do so.  Get in touch with me through the “contact” feature, and I’ll give you detailed instructions!  (Please remember to send sufficient return postage!)

I have to wait until February?! I better slow down on book 4 so I am not left hanging. :)

    Great series by the way.

    Taylor,
I was recently given the series as a gift in audiobook form – excelelnt stuff so far – and, although I’ve no issue picking up the hardcover, I would quite like to complete my collection with #5 in audiobook form.

So, my question is, will this new story also be turned into an audiobook?

    Cheers

    Malc

    Hi Taylor

Do you know who distributes your books in Aus? and, is there somewhere that I can put my name down to be notified when your next book is released?

    Kind Regards
    Pete

    Dear Taylor,

I am a 42 year old Scot living in Glenrothes, Fife.

I was introduced to your books by a chap called Mike who owns a bookshop called Transreal Fiction in the Cowgatehead area of Edinburgh. Mike generally knows his stuff so a recommendation is usually a good bet.

I’ve now read all four. And so has my father Jim; ex-airborne gunner (7 PARA Royal Horse Artillery & R.A.).

We both agree that you write great books.
    Please keep them coming!

    Pace yourself, mind….

    Regards,

    DB.

P.S. Wouldn’t an alternate universe, where the MoD didn’t fob off Frank Whittle and his ridiculous jet engine in 1931, be just grand?

When I saw Destroyermen i thought of my cousin who served on the USS Richard P Leary during the Battle of Leyte Gulf. I just finished book #4 and am looking forward to your next one. I love alternate history mixed with a little sci-fi.

    Hi Taylor,

Thank you for the updated news :)
I will be contacting you as I am keen to get the books signed.

Peter King, no actual distributer in AUS yet unfortubately, Minotaur in Melbourne get the books in but its not worth purchasing through them, too expensive. I order them online now and picked up the first 2 books in Hawaii in January :)

Keep up the great work Taylor!
